The CS-315EU cold saw is a powerful machine that can cut through solids, tubing, or pipe. The head has a strong motor coupled to a direct drive gear box that allows the blade to cut through the material chatter free, which increases blade life. The saw has a thick cast iron base making it very rigid.  The CS-315EU includes a heavy duty steel stand that is set at the optimal cutting height.

This is the perfect machine for small to medium fabricating shops, and best yet it requires just 220V, 60Hz, 1-Phase power.  The CS-315EU spins at 52 rpm, perfect for mild steel cutting, but it will also handle other material with the proper blade.  Like all other Baileigh circular cold saws, it comes with a powerful integrated coolant pump that cools the blade and washes chips away.

The CS-315EU can miter 45 degrees to the left and 45 degrees to the right. The vise has a taper lock system that helps increase production when a lot of cutting is required. The vise on the CS-315EU cold saw clamps on both sides of the cut, increasing blade life. The vise jaws are serrated for maximum hold.
